Team Leader Recruitment Process

1. After you submit your CV

Based on the skills sets, experience and qualifications detailed in your CV, we will decide whether or not to invite you for an evaluation.

Together we will arrange a mutually covenient time.


2. Evaluation

We look forward to learning more about your experience and assessing your knowledge of OSINT, Social Media research, training and mentoring.

The whole evaluation process will take at least 8 hours. 

The first evaluation usually takes 2 hours.

The second evaluation will assess your OSINT skills. This will take at least 3 hours.

The third evaluation will take 3 hours and will focus on your training and mentoring skills, your ability to delegate judiciously and your understanding of responsibilty and accountability.

All evaluations take place at Cercetro office.


3. Interview meeting

Part of the third evaluation will be an interview.

Where an evaluation is satisfactory, we will discuss aspirations, opportunities and terms.


4. Employment 

The successful candidate, will receive an offer of employment from Cercetro.

The contract we offer is of indeterminate duration.

The first 3 months are probationary. 

You will be employed to work in the Cercetro office.
