Who can apply to work for Cercetro?

 

Requirements for the Junior Researcher position

1. It is not necessary to have experience of social media research to apply for the Junior Researcher position.

2. Minimum requirement: a Baccalaureate diploma, so gap year students may apply.

3. Preference: Bachelor’s Degree graduates, especially in history, law, social services, economics or science.

4. Satisfactory English (at least B2 level) and good keyboard/typing skills.

5. We are searching for people who are curious and have good powers of deduction.

 

Requirements for the Independent Researcher position

1. Minimum requirement: one year of intensive experience in social media research, and a good understanding of OSINT techniques.

2. The minimum requirement is supported if you hold one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PHD. In history, law, social services, economics or science.

3. If you don’t hold a Degree, your application is supported with experience of research in any of the fields below:

  • Financial Services: due diligence and investigations
  • Law Enforcement: surveillance and investigations
  • Insurance: fraud investigations
  • Other contracts and organization membership: due diligence and investigations
  • Human Resources: due diligence prospective and current employees

4. Good English (at least C1 level).

5. Mentoring and teamwork experience is a benefit

 

Requirements for the Team Leader position

1. Most applicants have at least three years of intensive experience, in all aspects of OSINT research.

2. Mentoring and training skills are mandatory, as you will conduct in-house training, with on-going mentoring, of both Independent and Junior Researchers.

3. The minimum requirement is supported if you hold one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PHD. In history, law, social services, economics or science.

4. If you don’t hold a Degree, your application is supported with experience of research in any of the fields below:

  • Financial Services: due diligence and investigations

What is my salary expectation?  

Pro-actively, Cercetro reassesses employees’ salaries.

Your experience and skills set, including your ability to apply those skills, determine your salary level.

 

What are the working hours at Cercetro?

Cercetro has flexible working hours.

You are required to work 8 hours a day. Though, we do entertain 6 hour/day contracts.

You can start working at any time from between 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. and you must finish by 7:30 p.m.

Long lunch breaks are accepted.

 

Can I work remotely for Cercetro?

Currently, remote work is not accepted for any position at Cercetro.
